i suggest you go raw now. i stopped the cleanse early, but transitioned into a raw food diet, i’m only on day 3 but i’m loving it so far. so many health benefits& i feel really great already. i highly recommend looking into it:) congrats again, you look great!!

Please go easy as you transition… I binged and each time I regretted it. I went crazy on nuts and they are really rich, not so great after the MC. Try to do raw if you can, thats my suggestion. Anyways – you are beautiful. I am SO happy for you.
